By making a booking with or visiting Kalm Lembongan, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Reservations & Payment

All reservations require full payment at the time of booking unless otherwise specified for a particular rate, package, retreat or special offer.

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the payment required under the applicable booking conditions.

Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated.

Final payment requirements and any specific conditions applicable to your reservation will be displayed during the booking process and/or confirmed in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

For accommodation bookings made directly with Kalm Lembongan:

• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival: full refund.

• Cancellations made 3–6 days prior to arrival: 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival: non-refundable; 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

• No-shows: non-refundable; 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

Where a different cancellation policy applies to a specific rate, package, retreat, activity or third-party booking platform, the conditions stated at the time of booking will apply.

All cancellations must be made in writing via email or through the applicable booking platform.

Modifications

Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments.

We will do our best to accommodate requested changes, however modifications close to the arrival date cannot be guaranteed.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is available from 2:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply.

Luggage storage and shower facilities are available for guests arriving before check-in or departing later in the day, subject to availability.

Occupancy

Each room accommodates a maximum of two guests. Extra beds are not available.

Any specific occupancy conditions applicable to your room or booking will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Rates & Inclusions

Standard accommodation rates include:

• Breakfast

• Welcome drink upon arrival

• Complimentary access to the Recovery Pavilion sauna and ice baths & Cowork Lounge for in-house guests

Any additional inclusions specific to a rate, package or offer will be displayed at the time of booking.

Restaurant & Bar

Food and beverage purchases are charged separately unless expressly included within a package or booking.

Where available, in-house guests may pay directly at the outlet or charge eligible expenses to their room.

Restaurant reservations are recommended, particularly during busy periods. If you are unable to attend a reservation, we ask that you let us know as early as possible.

Spa, Wellness & Activities

Spa treatments, movement classes, wellness and recovery experiences and other activities are subject to availability and may require advance booking.

Specific cancellation conditions applicable to individual activities or experiences will be communicated at the time of booking.

Guests participate in activities and experiences at their own discretion and risk and should advise the Kalm Lembongan team of any relevant medical conditions or injuries before participating.

Kalm Access Passes

Access to selected facilities is available to external guests through Kalm Access Passes and is subject to availability.

Pass inclusions, operating hours and pricing may change from time to time. The inclusions and conditions displayed at the time of purchase will apply.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to respect fellow guests, Kalm Lembongan team members and the peaceful nature of the resort.

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage they cause to the property during their stay. Kalm Lembongan reserves the right to charge reasonable repair or replacement costs where necessary.

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

Pets are not permitted.

Drone use is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Island Access

Kalm Lembongan is located on Nusa Lembongan and is accessible by boat. Transport services may be affected by weather, sea conditions, government regulations or local cultural events, including Nyepi and Nyepi Laut.

Where transport is operated by an independent provider, Kalm Lembongan cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

We will do our best to assist guests with alternative arrangements where possible.

Changes to Services

Operating hours, facilities, classes, menus and experiences may occasionally change due to weather, maintenance, private events or other operational requirements.

Kalm Lembongan will endeavour to minimise disruption where reasonably possible.

Force Majeure

Kalm Lembongan shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where this results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, local cultural events or other unforeseen circumstances.

Liability & Personal Belongings

While reasonable care is taken to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, Kalm Lembongan is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, or for delays or disruption resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Guests are encouraged to secure valuables in the in-room safe provided.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Lost Property

Should you leave an item behind, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost property found at the resort will be retained for a reasonable period. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist with returning items, shipping and associated costs remain the responsibility of the guest.

Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking, guests acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and to any specific conditions presented for the product, rate, package or service selected.
