Wellness at Kalm

Designed for balance.

From morning movement sessions to quiet afternoons in the Cowork Lounge or time spent poolside, Kalm is designed to make space for movement, rest and everything in between. Many facilities are complimentary for in-house guests, with selected spaces also available to the wider community through Kalm Access.

Move, work, unwind or simply slow down. Our shared spaces are designed to fit naturally into island life, whether you're staying at Kalm or visiting for the day.
